This policy explains how Fourteen14 Co. (“CLARO,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through myclaroapp.com and our early-access waitlist. It covers this website only. The CLARO app will have its own privacy policy, available before you connect any account.

Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit any website, such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed. Our hosting provider records this in standard server logs.

We do not ask for your name, phone number, bank details, or any financial information on this website. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your information.

How we use it

To email you about early access and CLARO’s launch.
To keep the website running, secure, and working properly.

We will not use your waitlist email for anything unrelated to CLARO.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and waitlist, and only for that purpose:

Website hosting: Vercel, which serves this site and keeps standard server logs.
Email service: Kit (ConvertKit), which stores the waitlist and sends our emails.
Fonts: Google Fonts, which delivers the typeface used on this site and may receive your IP address when the page loads.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.

Your choices

Unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email we send.
Ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing privacy@myclaroapp.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Do Not Track

This website does not track you across other websites, so it does not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist email until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or we no longer need it for launch communications.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
